Jukam theek karne ke gharelu nuskhe-

Jukam (सर्दी जुकाम)  ko theek karne ke liye kuch gharelu nuskhe hai jo aapki madad kar sakte hain. Lekin yaad rahe, yeh nuskhe kisi badi samasya ke liye nahi hai, aur agar aapki sthiti gambhir hai ya lambe samay se jukam hai, toh kisi doctor se salah lena zaruri hai.

1.Garam pani- garam pani peena jukam ko rahat pahuchata hai. Isse aapke gale ke sankraman ko kam karne me madad milti hai. Garam pani mein shahad aur nimbu ka ras milakar peene se aur bhi fayda hota hai.


2.Adrak(Ginger): Adrak ka ras, shehad aur nimbu ke sath milakar sevan karne se jukam me aaram milta hai. Adrak ke tukde ko chaba kar khane se bhi labh hota hai.


3.tulsi(Holy Basil): Tulsi ke patte ko pani me ubal kar usme thoda sa shahad milaye aur garama garam piye. Tulsi ki chai bhi faydemand hoti hai.


4.Haldi(Turmeric): Haldi, antiseptic guno se bharpoor hoti hai. Garam doodh me haldi milakar peene se jukam me rahat milti hai.


5.Ajwain(Carom Seeds): Ajwain ko sek kar uski garam bua ko chaan kar paani me milakar pine se jukam me aaram milta hai.


6Steam: Garam pani ke steam se bhap lena bhi jukam se rahat dilata hai. Isse aapke nak se jamne wala cough bahar nikalta hai.


7.Pudina(Mint): Pudina ke patte ko paani me ubalkar uska steam lena bhi jukam me faydemand hota hai.


8.Pyaaj(Onion) aur Lehsun (Garlic): Pyaaj aur lehsun ka ras jukam me labhdayak hota hai. Inhe kaate aur ras nikal kar shehad ke sath milaye, fir sevan kare.


9.Aapke Khane me Vitamin C ka sevan karein, jaise ki amla, kairi, santare, mausami, phal, hari mirch, gobhi, palak, etc.


10.Sone se pehle gunguna doodh piye, isse aapko neend bhi acchi aayegi aur jukam bhi kam hoga.


Apne aahar mein aushdhiya tatva shamil karne se pehle apne doctor se salah jarur lein, khas kar ke agar aap kisi anya bimari ya allergy se pidit hain. Jukam ya kisi bhi bimari ke liye gharelu nuskhe ke sath, vyavasthit roop se aaram, aahar, aur vyayam ka dhyaan rakhna bhi mahatvapurn hai.
